About • Kuhusu sisi
A manifesto.
- 01
We believe creative work is work.
It takes skill, time, tools and risk. It deserves contracts, fees and respect, not just applause.
- 02
We believe culture is an industry.
Music, film, fashion, beauty, design, writing and pageantry employ people and move money. They should be planned for, invested in and measured honestly.
- 03
We believe talent is everywhere.
Not only in the right neighbourhoods, schools or networks. Our job is to make it findable.
- 04
We believe in ownership.
Creatives should understand and keep the rights to what they make, and share in the value it creates.
- 05
We believe in telling the truth.
No fake profiles, no invented statistics, no pretend opportunities. If something isn't ready yet, we'll say so.
